If you want to set free Adrenaline to get a cat buff you gotta set the settings as on the screenshots below.
Setup this in your self buffs
And this in party buffs and it should work fine for cat/pony
Mass storm cubic must be put in self buffs and set interval for 20 mins or less. I am not sure how long that cubic last like this
